This Policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal data when you use the CanisX Services.
We collect the categories of data described in Sections 3.1–3.3 of the previous version (account info, photos, analytics, etc.).
Purposes and legal bases remain as outlined earlier (contract, legitimate interests, consent).
We share data with cloud hosts, AI APIs, payment processors, and analytics providers as listed previously.
Data is stored in the U.S. and accessed from India under Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
Account data deleted within 30 days of account closure; photos and chat logs retained indefinitely for wellness history unless you request deletion.
We use TLS, AES‑256, least‑privilege IAM, and regular penetration tests.
We use first‑party cookies and third‑party pixels (Meta, Google). Browser settings or email to opt out.
We will respond within 30 days.
EU consumers may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days if the service has not been consumed. Use Apple’s “Report a Problem” or email us.
Services are intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
User uploads may be used to improve our machine‑learning models under confidentiality obligations.
Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance.
